ObjectivesInformation of brain metastasis (BM) in de novo stage IV breast cancer is lacking, which an unavoidable problem and dilemma practice. Understanding the current situation helpful for clinical cognition decision-making.MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed survival information with BM between 2015 2019 from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) database. Multivariable logistic Cox regression analyses were performed to identify predictors factors associated all-cause mortality cancer, respectively.
